Bow Valley Park

Bow Valley Park is Oxbow's premier four-season destination for outdoor recreation, family fun, and community events. Nestled along the scenic Souris River, the park features camping, kayak and canoe rentals, an 18-basket disc golf course, a fully accessible playground, walking trails, sports facilities, the Bow Valley Theatre, and winter activities including cross-country skiing and tobogganing. Visitors can enjoy the natural beauty of the park while spotting painted turtles, birds, and other local wildlife along the river. The park is also home to the annual Bow Valley Jamboree, held on the second Saturday of August, along with many other community events throughout the year.
